What I usually do when in new areas is just upload the popular segments from Strava to your Garmin. Then you have very nice navigation to the segments etc etc. The rock wallride is on upper upper canaries. There are a few segments that refers to that trail. http://www.strava.com/segments/1972359?filter=overall
