  1. Yes a Cannondale super six evo size 52 with Ultegra DI2
  2. Definitely my garmin edge 810 along with the cadence sensors and the works..
  3. Something really needs to done to minimize these occurances! Sorry for your loss Willie. RIP Oom Piet.
  4. I found that with my assos bib shorts they're amazing for the first 50km of a ride after that they become very uncomfortable but that may just be me. I then went out and bought a pair of craft grand tour bibs and they're very comfortable for rides over 100km
  5. I'm sure it can be fixed like you said but I'd be very very scared riding that knowing it was previously snapped down the top tube..
  6. Got one as well... Great multisport watch and not bad as a day to day watch either
  7. Any advice to washing your bike if you have Di2 electronic groupset? I've been very scared to just open a hose pipe on my bike so I use a sponge and bucket and try avoid the derailleurs where possible.
  8. If you're buying one, go straight for the 3 bike, it'll be more expensive but you'll be surprised how handy having the extra gap can come in handy. Also you do get the option of adding on another bike, not sure if it works on the 2 bike but I know for the 3 bike that you can add on the attachment and make it a 4 bike carrier. I'm based down in Durban but get cracker deals on Thule stuff through a friend. Pm if interested
  9. They're definitely not the cheapest though BUT worth it! I went there for a fit and ended up changing pedals and cleats, handle bar and new handle bar tape as well as needing to get a smaller size shoe. My whole riding position was wrong and Richard adjusted my seat post height by about 8cm, he also moved my saddle forward, swapped my stem to face up and then had to buy a new handle bar as I was riding with a 42cm which is why I was getting severe pain in shoulder and neck when I needed a 44cm.
  10. Had my set up done at Cycle fit by Richard Baxter. It was money spent well as they tinkered with everything and made my riding all that more enjoyable and pain free.
  11. So I just recently purchased my first action camera and I went for the Go Pro hero 4 silver, I had initially bought the black edition but not having a screen to me was a major downside which the silver made up for it although it may lack a few high end features which I won't really use. I bought an aluminium K-edge mount because everyone I spoke to kept telling me that the original GoPro mount can be quite fragile because it's plastic. I've used it a few times now and I love it! Only downside is the battery life of 3-3.5 hours and the fact that i don't have the remote for it but I believe you can get an extended battery pack for it.
  12. Hi Vivek I know some manufactures offer a crash replacement warranty on their helmets but I'm not quite sure about Kask. In my honest opinion, just buy a new one as to me it's the most vital part of kit we own
  13. Take the bike into a bike shop and get them to check the tyre liner on the wheel, sometimes this kinda wears out and gets sucked into the holes and can cause a puncture. Check the inside of the tyre to make sure that there's no glass or anything along those lines which keeps puncturing the tube. Make sure you don't pinch the tube by mistake when putting it back on. I had that issue previously where almost every ride I was getting a puncture so I took my wheel in and they changed my tyre lining and not a single puncture since then.
