  1. Go to a fi'zi:k dealer, do a spine test, according to your spine flexibility a saddle will be recommended, the dealer should offer you a test saddle that you can use for a couple of rides, try all if you have to, most times the first recommended works, after trying the test saddle you can then invest in the proper fi'zi:k made for you. Don't just go and buy what others like and what looks nice. Nsquared distribution supply fi'zi:k in SA. www.nsquared.co.za
  2. I've been through many bibs cheapest to R4k in price. Recently came across a Santini Mago bib shorts, and this could be rated probably one of the best. It's a bib you want to wear on every ride. Nice compressed fit, good looking with broad Santini gripper that keeps the shorts I place, however the 2greatest features are the gel chamois which stays comfy on the entire ride 1hr-5hrs, and the 2x side pockets which become useful on race day for gels. available via www.nsquared.co.za
  3. These lights definitely available in SA at all bike shops via the agents nsquared in cape town
  4. These are great bright red rear lights available from all bicycle stores in SA and yes that includes JHB.
  5. It's part of the safety skull cage which adapts to the size of you brain box. IMO you would not want another helmet after wearing the protone. Comfy light airy. Spot on.
  6. Elite-it.com real trainers are by far the best imo. These are what the pros in Europe use. Available from your lbs. Or enquire at evobikes.
