So I did the DH on my enduro bike at St Ives and managed to get two clean runs which I was pretty chuffed with. I was just wondering if the DH at Giba can also be done on any bike, having B lines for the bigger obstacles etc?

Its pretty close to where I stay so will definitely go check it out some time in the next few weeks, after hakahana this weekend I want to go check out the bid red barn though, that thread makes it sound like pretty awesome riding! But ya I'd even be keen to assist in getting it back up to scratch assuming that is has been allowed to degrade...

Hey erindanni, I was there about 3 weeks ago, although my wife and I just went for a drive but I did enquire about the riding and it is still on offer. Have you ever been there before?

Wish I had read this on Friday, after doing SP1&2 I was finished (that red road climb is a killer) so decided to head back on the dirt roads - and the bottom bit of SP1 again - could have just gone back to the top of the hill, checked out SP3 and ended up back at the trail head. Anyway, it was still awesome. Good work to everyone involved!
