Hi guys . Looking for any groups or a riding partner in the JHB south area . (Klipriver, mulbarton , Alberton , suikerbos , midvaal ) etc ATM just looking to do some long rides. My level is pretty high , Junior men/ Elites , but ATm just recovering from a collarbone accident and looking for a group to tag onto Any suggestions numbers etc , will be much appreciated Thanks Irshaad

Had the same thing . Brought out my grease a d put it everywhere , especially in the tight gaps where probably only a fingernail goes through . The hub stopped squeaking after . Goodluck

Hi Guys Hope everyone is well Basically I upgraded my bike to 11 spd di2 . Problem is I need a junior cassete 14-28 to compete in my junior cat . I have Shimano freebodies It's urgent as I wanna race the kzn summer series this weekend . Does anyone perhaps have this cassete or know of anybody who does or sells them Thanks a lot

Bought a Derailer from there just before Sa champs . Was told it's brand new . Barrel adjustor wasn't working , so they changed that Had to replace in Cape Town as the play in the cage was massive Took it back and told there's nothing besides a voucher They could give me ( no refunds ) Was left standing as well , until Conrad the father came in and said he'll try order a new one from Sram and let me know The father was really helpful and let's see what comes out of ordering a new one

Brilliant initiative, would've loved to have something like this which would include Gauteng junior riders as well . With Sa champs , as well as the CTCT , it makes it crazy expensive to go down . Perhaps our local GCG should look at such a development plan ??? Or try get a few juniors from the province down there ? , similar to past years youth events ?
