    Must do Races

Lesotho Sky. Small field, but massive stoke and unreal trails. www.lesothosky.com
  2. The Lesotho Sky stage race is offering a cash prize of R2000 to one lucky person who's stage race feedback helps them to make the 2019 race their best one yet. Fill in this short questionnaire to get your name in the lucky draw: https://goo.gl/forms/qFzhX5Sl0FaFkhAk2
  3. Two Lesotho Sky's on a GT Zaskar 26r hardtail, but this this year I chickened out and did it on a Silverback Sesta 29r. Still love riding my hard ass GT.
  4. Did the 2 of the six Lesotho Sky stages in an Indola baggie. Removed the inner and wore it over my bibs. Loved it. https://indola.co.za/shop/bottoms/mens-kicker-mtb-baggy-shell/
  5. Route has been launched! Amped. https://lesothosky.com/route-2018/
  6. This looks badass! Will be very keen to see how this event grows in the years to come. With the same guys behind Lesotho Sky, it's bound to become legendary.
  7. My entry for the Lesotho Sky 2018 is in. Stoked to get my 3rd race in and hang that cow bell above my braai!
  8. Only 100 riders. 350km. 10000m elevation. Best MTB experience of my life. Amped to be able to do it again this year.
  9. Fixed a cracked frame with duck tape lately? What's the most desperate bush mechanic thing you've done? Any MacGyver tips for riding a long stage race?
  10. Also new to the Hub, although I've tried to sell a pair of shoes once back when I still shaved my legs. Happy new year. Moved from Joburg to Wellington. Saw Satan the other day on a single speed going up Bainskloof pass, even he was sweating like mad.
  11. Any Lesotho Sky riders out there? This is going to be fun. Good way to prep the body for the Cycle Tour the next day? Fines for bikes without the little Basotho hat...
  12. Event Name: Lesotho Sky Friends And Family Ride When: 5 March 2016 Where: Woodstock Cycleworks, Woodstock, Cape Town, Western Cape Category: MTB In 2016 the Lesotho Sky Event celebrates its 6th anniversary. From our humble beginnings, to this present day, the Cape Region is the location, with the biggest community of #MountainBikeKingdom fans in the world. We would like to re-connect with you and invite you to a relaxed +/- 20km ride on Table Mountain on Saturday 5th March 2016, starting (and finishing) at Woodstock Cycleworks at 3pm. Ice-cold Malutis will be awaiting us after the ride. Those will be enjoyed even more, while watching some amazing best-of pictures and videos, from the very first Lesotho Sky in 2011, right up to the 2015 Event. Don't worry, we are not going to bore you! We look forward to sharing Cape Towns new MTB trails with you and of course to have a few cold ones afterwards...
