    Hi I did a DIY install with a Sunsynk 5kw and 1xHubble AM2 5kwh. It Gave me 5 hours during a power outage. Router, home theatre, 70” tv, kids playing PS5 on 50” tv. I did a hour Zwift session via Apple TV and 32” tv, all indoor and outdoor lights connected and double door fridge. At 20% soc it shut down. In the morning I connected generator and it charged to 99% soc in under 2 hours. During latest round of load shedding it worked flawlessly I have since added 6x 460w panels.

    Karkloof is marked very well so pick a distance and follow the markers. Hilton has a very good trail network which is also well marked (not as technical as karkloof) Cascades has plenty trails but very difficult get a proper ride if you don’t know how to link up all the pieces. It’s not well marked and there are no set courses like karkloof. Cascades trails are 500m from my home so if you want. Pm me and happy to show you around

    I use expressVPN and had to sign into GCN app with my apple account then It gave me the racetv option and paid via apples payment option. It would not give me the race tv option when I sign in with gmail or hotmail. Not sure why? Also set expressVPN to a London base.

    Menabo - towball attachment is not great (gets loose and rack leans/spend more time looking in review to check if bikes are still attached), unable to get parts (lost a wheel footing was unable to source another) and it is heavy. Bought a Thule and the wife is happy to attach it to the vehicle. She refused to use the menabo due to weight.

    What DND said, my xtr 12 speed chain is on 800km and more than 50 % wear. I was running it with a xtr 11 speed chainring.

    Just order from bike24 takes 3 weeks, cost me roughly R1000 for free hub and end cap and you can add some of the special red grease.

    Hi Guyz I’m running the M9000 crank with a 34 tooth M9000 chain ring and M9100 chain, derailleur and shifter with the M8100 cassette. About 1000km and it has not skipped a beat. Drivetrain is silent compared to my 1x11 xt set up on my other bike. I’m no tech guru but saying its working for me.

    PS - changing the grips .... the left-side grip has a piece of plastic that helps to hold the twinlock in place ..... Be sure to plan for this .... dont end up like me, with the grips removed, new grips in hand, and no plan for the twin lock ... There is a shim in the instruction manual package for the two lock lever
